The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level in the Section of Hematopathology in the Division of Clinical Pathology. The section is responsible for the performance of Hematopathology laboratory services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, the school's 650-bed tertiary care core teaching hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. The laboratory also covers the activities of the recently opened Jack and Sheryl Morris Cancer Center and the Bristol-Meyers-Squibb Children's Hospital, both of which are connected to the main hospital. The successful candidate will be a member of the Hematopathology team, consulting with clinical staff, as well as an active participant in the educational programs of the Department, including teaching medical students and residents. They will also be encouraged and supported to engage in productive research activities.
