Qualifications

• Board certification in hematology/oncology.
• At least three years of post-fellowship experience (physician level).
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills for program development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver board-certified hematology/oncology patient care, including general hematology/oncology services.
• Serve as a program leader to support oncology program growth and development.
• Contribute to physician recruitment efforts and team building.
• Collaborate strategically with internal and external partners to advance program goals.
• Participate in tumor board to support multidisciplinary care and treatment planning.
• Engage in academic and clinical research opportunities as appropriate.
