UnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting for a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our team in Quad Cities (Iowa/Illinois).

UnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led, nonprofit healthcare organization offering comprehensive services in primary care, walk-in care, and specialty care. Our clinical teams focus on improving outcomes, reducing hospital readmissions, and lowering costs associated with chronic conditions.   • Established team of 2 Physicians, 2 APPs, 6 Clinical RNs, and 3 CMAs
  • Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing autonomy in practice development
  • Experienced staff, including RN Navigators, Dietitian, Social Worker, Research Nurse, and more
  • Onsite services include Hem/Onc, Rad/Onc Clinics, and Infusion Center
  • Fully integrated EPIC EMR system for care coordination
Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly Tumor Board with a collaborative team of providers and support staff
  • Engage in clinical research and trials
  • Support inpatient care through a large Hospitalist team
  • Work at Trinity Breast Health Center, accredited by NAPBC
  • Collaborate with Board-Certified Radiation Oncologists
  • Utilize Radiation Oncology services including IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, and SBRT
  • Use EPIC EMR for inpatient and outpatient care
  • Participate in prostate seed, genetic testing, breast, and lung programs
  • Engage in community outreach for prevention and detection services
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Eligible or Certified in Hematology/Oncology
  • Ability to obtain Illinois medical license
  • Unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. (H1-B cap exempt)
  • J-1 waiver sponsorship available

  • Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $395,000 - $635,000, with potential to exceed based on performance
