Job summary

Aspirus Health is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join a multidisciplinary cancer care team in Duluth, Minnesota. The practice supports outpatient clinic, infusion therapy, and comprehensive Radiation Oncology services, with a 1:4 call schedule and an established inpatient/hospice program.

Join 3 hematology/oncology physicians, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 APCs in a collaborative environment that emphasizes teaching, clinical research, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary cancer care team including 3 hematology/oncology physicians, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 APCs.
• Provide comprehensive hematology/oncology care in outpatient clinic and infusion therapy settings.
• Collaborate with radiation oncology and infusion therapy in the same suite with 27 outpatient chairs.
• Coordinate with nursing and supportive services to manage an average of 18 patients per day.
• Participate in teaching, research, and clinical trials with the Aspirus St. Luke’s Whiteside Institute for Clinical Research.
• Engage in tumor boards and precept local medical students and graduates.
