Barton Associates is placing a Hematologist/Oncologist in Washington for a 90-day assignment. Schedule is typically 9 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday with one dedicated administrative day. The role is 95% clinic and 5% hospital, focusing on comprehensive hematology/oncology care with VAD/CV catheter management and Tumor Board participation.

The position supports outpatient care with some hospital responsibilities; EMR: Epic. Required: Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to patients
• Manage VAD/CV catheters
• Actively participate in Tumor Board discussions
• Oversee both inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology cases
• See approximately 20 patients per day
