Job summary

Barton Associates has a client in West Virginia seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for a 120-day assignment. Schedule runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with outpatient clinic three weeks per month and one week per month of inpatient rounding with call coverage. Board certification in Medical Oncology is required; ACLS/BLS and Epic EMR are used.

Travel-related expenses are covered. Overall staffing includes one other Hematologist/Oncologist, nursing staff, and Advanced Practice Providers, with

Qualifications

Board Certification in Medical Oncology required.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
EMR: Epic.
Clinic and call coverage setting.
Call schedule: 1 week/month inpatient rounding with call, including weekends.
Patients per day: 16.
LOA: 120 days.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care for a full spectrum of hematology and oncology cases.
Manage outpatient clinic responsibilities for three weeks per month.
Conduct clinic duties and inpatient rounding during one week per month.
Fulfill call coverage requirements during the designated week.
