Job summary
Northern Light Health's Eastern Maine Medical Center in Brewer, ME is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our Cancer Institute. You will provide patient-centered cancer care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
The Lafayette Family Cancer Institute offers access to extensive clinical trials and on-site imaging and supportive services, with robust academic ties and opportunities for subspecialty development and leadership roles.
Qualifications
- Board certified/board eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
- Experience in multidisciplinary cancer care is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration within a team of oncologists and surgeons.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered hematology/oncology care as part of the Lafayette Family Cancer Institute.
- Participate in tumor boards, clinical trials, and collaborative care planning.
- Contribute to program development and subspecialty initiatives within a community-academic fusion setting.
