Job summary

Aura Health in Yuma, AZ seeks a Hematology/Oncology Physician to deliver specialized patient care in a collaborative, physician-led environment. You will manage 12-17 patients daily, conduct 3-5 new consults weekly, and participate in over 25 active clinical trials.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, use advanced technology such as Elekta and Epic, have access to a strong research infrastructure, and may receive sign-on/relocation bonuses, CME support, and visa assistance.

Role Overview: A Hematology/Oncology Physician is sought to provide specialized patient care within a collaborative, physician-led environment. The role involves managing 12-17 patients daily, conducting 3-5 new consults weekly, and participating in over 25 active clinical trials supported by a strong research infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive hematology and oncology treatments, engage in clinical trials, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including oncologists, radiation oncologists, and APPs, and utilize advanced technology such as Elekta, Epic, and robotic surgical systems. The physician will also participate in institutional and national research studies and provide expert opinions for complex cases.

Qualifications & Skills

Board-certified or eligible in Hematology/Oncology, with experience in clinical trial participation preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and patient management skills are essential.
