• Contract Length: 3 months
  
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: C linical hours (No clinic on Tuesday.)
• Shift Details: M -F
• Patients per day: 18
  
• Patient Population/Age: 18 and above.
• Skills Required: Outpatient & Inpatient
  
• EMR: Epic
• Tuesday is used as an Admin day, no patients are scheduled

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Board Certified
  
• License Required: WA State license/IMLC
• Certification: BLS
  
• Minimum Experience Required: NA
  
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
  

Pay Rate: $ 500 /hr
