Hematology - Oncology Physician

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: Day 8;9 | Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support to fill a current need.

Details and Requirements:

1. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
2. Job Setting: Outpatient
3. Types of Cases: General Oncology
4. Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
5. Must have an active Washington license or be eligible via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
6. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic with Beacon
