Join a well-established practice in the Upper Peninsula as a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist. The practice includes experienced support staff in both the clinic and infusion department, with on-site managers and patient care coordinators. The infusion department has been operational since January 2016 and is currently expanding into new clinic space. The practice maintains a strong relationship with regional radiation oncologists for patients requiring radiation therapy.
This role offers a broad clinical scope with excellent support from other providers and specialists within the system. The outpatient work constitutes approximately 80%, with 20% inpatient duties, including outreach to satellite clinics once a week (30-60 miles away). The position involves 10 days of call per month with low call volume. J1 and H1B visa support are available.
