AMN Healthcare is assisting a community-focused multispecialty practice in the San Francisco East Bay to recruit a Hematology-Oncology Physician. The role combines patient-centered, high-quality care with collaboration in a practice that offers partnership potential.

Shifts are M-F 8-4 or 9-5 with a patient load of 15-20 per day, caring for both hematology and oncology cases, and access to infusion centers, imaging, and clinical trials.

A community-focused multispecialty practice in the San Francisco East Bay is seeking a qualified Hematology-Oncology Physician to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to practice patient-centered, high-quality care in a collaborative practice setting with partnership potential.

About the Position

• Monday-Friday 8-4 or 9-5
• Patient Load: 15-20 per day, treating both hematology (50%) and oncology (50%) cases
• On-Site Support: Infusion centers, imaging (MRI, CT, PET), radiation oncology, and access to clinical trials

Compensation & Benefits

• First Year potential: $600K-$650K+
• Partnership Available After 2 Years with a million-dollar-plus potential
