Job description

Role: Hematology-Oncology Physician providing locum tenens support in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities: Diagnose, stage, and treat hematology and oncology patients, including procedures such as infusion therapies, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood transfusions, hormone therapy, antibiotics, rheumatoid arthritis injections, and therapeutic phlebotomies.

Key Duties: Manage all aspects of patient care related to hematology and oncology, utilizing EMRs like iKnowmed and Cerner, and ensuring comprehensive symptom management and precision medicine.

Qualifications: Board Certified or Eligible in Oncology or Hematology, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, and licensure in California.

Skills: Clinical expertise in hematology and oncology, proficiency in EMR systems, and ability to handle a broad range of treatments and procedures.

• Practice hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Provides comprehensive patient care in a hospital environment, including infusion services.
