Position Overview

The Medical Director for Hematology & Oncology will be board certified in Oncology, maintain an active practice, and serve as the physician leader for employed medical oncologists and hematologists. The role involves providing exemplary, high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate best practices across practice sites.
2. Ensure appropriate physician/APP coverage arrangements.
3. Engage in community outreach and fundraising.
4. Collaborate with the Cancer Center, Health System, and leaders on program development, recruitment, onboarding, and clinical quality initiatives.
