Pacific Companies is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Oncologist in Western Kentucky. Join a prominent hospital system with roots in the region for over 30 years and that recently opened a $13M state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer center.

Professional

1. Join 2 Oncologists and 3 seasoned APPs (see all Hem & Own Patient Panel), RNs, and full support staff.
2. New $13M/19K sq. ft. comprehensive, full-service cancer center with expansion plans to add Radiation Oncology in less than 2 years.
3. Facilities include 21 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 22 infusion bays with private and semi-private configurations, on-site lab and pharmacy.
4. Clinic hours are 8 am - 4:30 pm, with 36 hours of patient contact per week, in a 4-day workweek.
5. Average of 6 inpatient admissions and 1-3 consults per day; hospitalists admit and manage patients.
6. Call schedule is 1:3, with APPs handling practice calls during the day and nurses managing triage after hours.
7. The current oncologist earns over $1 million annually.
8. Offering a 2-year guarantee of a $600K base salary, a competitive RVU rate, and incentives for additional income.
9. Affiliated with the University of Kentucky/Markey Cancer Center, providing extensive clinical trial opportunities.
10. Serving a 379-bed not-for-profit hospital with over 370,000 annual visits, with a community presence spanning over 30 years.
