Hospital is adding 2 BE/BC Hem Onc physicians to their team as they prepare for retirements. Currently, 2 Locums are covering.

• Hospital Employed
• Opening due to retirement & growth
• Coverage: 1:4 (primarily critical labs)
• Leading edge clinical trials
• Support staff: 2 NP's, 2 RN navigators, a MA, and a scribe
• Hospitalist Team on staff
• Affiliated with Oregon Health & Sciences University
• OHSU Knight Cancer Network
• High-caliber, collegial, outstanding nurse infusion team
• New 19-chair infusion room
• Onsite mixing pharmacy
• Nurse navigation
• Radiation oncology onsite
• 8-hour days, 4 days in clinic and 1 admin day; can be 5 days in clinic if preferred
• No inpatient consults; outpatient clinic visits and collaboration with infusion
• 95% solid tumor; most heme is referred out due to number of solid tumor referrals

Clinic:

• 450 new patient consults/year
• 6,600 follow-up visits
• 8,000 infusion/injection visits
• Daily: 2-3 new consults per physician, 13 follow-ups
• Capturing 80% of oncology referrals in catchment area

Level III Trauma Center and has an accredited Cardiovascular Imaging Center, Cancer Center, Sleep Study Center, Radiology and Mammography Imaging program, and Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery program.
Internal Medicine and Surgery Residents cycle through.
Option for Oncology.
EMR: EPIC.
