Opportunity for BC / BE Hematologist / Oncologist

Join a dynamic multi-specialty group practice with a hospital-employed position. The group includes over 60 providers across more than 20 specialties, serving a 234-bed acute care facility. The demand for services has increased, leading to new staffing opportunities.

The practice sees an average of 35 new patients per month and ongoing treatment for 210 chemotherapy patients monthly. The on-call schedule is considered reasonable, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Support staff includes five RNs on duty daily. H1B visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed salary based on years of post-training experience for the first two years; third-year salary based on productivity.
