Position Details: Hematology / Oncology

• Location: Kentucky
• Setting: Outpatient / Clinic
• The locum will see hematology patients.
• Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day
• Required Experience: Chemotherapy, Blood transfusions, Immunotherapy
• Leukemia and Sickle Cell patients will be seen at this location.
• APP Support / Supervision: Each MD has 1 FTE Clinic RN
• EMR: EPIC
• Requirements: Active KY License, Board Certified
