Start Date: 5/27/2025

Schedule and Responsibilities:

1. Clinic coverage at Marion and Hardin (15-20 patients per day)
2. Weekend call coverage for Marion/Grady
3. On-call duties: required to check in once daily when on call

Schedule Details:

• May 20, 2025: Hardin clinic coverage (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• May 27, 2025: Hardin clinic coverage (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• June 2, 2025: Marion clinic coverage (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• June 2, 2025: Night call (4:00 PM - 8:00 AM) for Marion and Hardin
• June 3, 2025: Hardin clinic coverage (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• June 6, 2025: Marion clinic coverage (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• June 6, 2025: Night call (4:00 PM - 8:00 AM) for Marion and Hardin
• June 7-9, 2025: Weekend call for Marion/Grady and Hardin (from 4:00 PM on June 6 to 8:00 AM on June 9)
• June 9, 2025: Marion clinic coverage (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• June 13, 2025: Marion clinic coverage (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• June 16, 2025: Marion clinic coverage (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• June 16, 2025: Night call (4:00 PM - 8:00 AM) for Marion and Hardin
• June 17, 2025: Hardin clinic coverage (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Work Details:

• Support staff: 1 APP, 1 RN, 1 MA
• Coverage needed: 1 day per month
• Patients per day: 15-18
• Patient age: 18 years and older
• Department: Hematology/Oncology Clinic
• Location: Outpatient Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Check EPIC In Basket daily and empty it (will be attached to previous locums)
• Place orders independently (nurses will assist as needed); do not override ABN warnings
• Sign outpatient notes by EOD or end of next day; report off to next provider in on-call rotation
• Take after-hours call when scheduled (see call calendar)
• Round on assigned inpatients in the morning; repeat as needed; complete consult notes by EOD

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Oncology (required)
• Active Ohio license or IMLC license of qualification
• DEA registration
• CSR: Not required
