Join the Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center as a full-time Hematology/Oncology physician in Kennewick, Washington. This premier cancer care and clinical research center in Eastern Washington offers a comprehensive outpatient facility with medical oncology, infusion, radiation oncology, surgical services, palliative care, genetics, a multidisciplinary navigation team, and supportive care services, including clinical trials.

Position Highlights:

1. J1 waiver and H1-B sponsorship eligible, with expert in-house immigration counsel.
2. Flexible Monday - Friday schedule, administrative time, 1:6 call.
3. Supportive team environment with APC providers, RN navigation, social workers, dietitian, and patient advocacy/support programs.
4. Onsite radiation oncology, palliative care, research, and tumor boards.
5. Primarily outpatient with infusion center staffed by OCN-certified RNs, lab services, and board-certified oncology pharmacists.
6. Open to new graduates with excellent mentorship opportunities.
7. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
8. Surgical capabilities include thoracic, breast, Whipple's, colon resection, and neurosurgery.
9. Opportunity to expand clinical trials in collaboration with Northern California and Portland, Oregon sites.
10. Accreditations include The COC, QOPI, NAPRC, NAPBC, and ASTRO APEx.
11. Participation in NCORP clinical trials through Pacific Cancer Research Consortium, with PI opportunities.
12. Compensation ranges from $489,133 to $574,073 annually, including incentives and CME benefits.
