Indiana - Hematology Oncology Hospital employed group
- Looking for a provider with excellent bedside manners who can provide compassionate care.
- $600,000 base salary plus WRVU bonus. $50,000 sign-on bonus.
- Opportunity for inpatient consultations as well as outpatient long-term disease management with close co-management with Oncologists.
- Call coverage opportunity with extra compensation.
- Wide range of patient disease states with a high percentage of patients treated with curative intent.
- 20 - 25 patients per day (depending on mix of new/return and whether primarily Oncology vs. Hematology).
- APPs take first call in this office. Currently, locums take weekend calls unless they are unable to secure a locum, which is rare. Otherwise, weekday call would be 1 in 3 but again, would be second call after the APP.
- 4-day work week is negotiable. Fridays are already a day off since the clinic is open until noon.
- BE/BC Medical Oncology. Plus, if Hematology BE/BC.
- Visa sponsorship is negotiable.
