Job description

The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI) seeks an Adult or Pediatric Hematology Hospitalist to join their established and industry-leading team in Peoria, Illinois (IL). We are seeking a like-minded individual who is focused on providing integrated, patient-focused, family-oriented, and compassionate care.

1. Inpatient Only Adult or Pediatric Hematology - Done by 2pm most days
2. Open to 7 on 7 off, 14 on 14 off, among other options - Additional 14 days PTO
3. Optional research opportunities available (not required)
4. Variety of patients seen
5. Mentoring available from Dr. Michael Tarantino (NBDF's 2024 Lifetime of Achievement recipient) and Dr. Jonathan Roberts, among other physicians and 6 advanced practice providers who assist with inpatient duties
6. Established and efficient team-based model of care
7. Faculty appointment and teaching residents
8. Practicing and 2026 or 2027 fellowship candidates encouraged to apply
9. Base salary range of $200K-325K
10. Sign-on bonus of $50K
11. Student loan repayment
