Role Overview:

A Hematology & Oncology Physician is sought to join a physician-led outpatient oncology group, providing community-based cancer care in a modern facility. This outpatient-only position involves managing a balanced mix of hematology and oncology patients, with an average of 18–20 patients daily, supported by medical assistants and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient cancer care without inpatient or hospital rounding
• Participate in research opportunities and potential leadership roles with stipends
• Maintain a manageable patient volume with support staff
• Engage in a minimal call rotation (phone only)
• Utilize on-site labs, imaging, infusion centers, and radiation oncology services

Qualifications & Skills:

Candidates should possess relevant medical training, with strong clinical skills in hematology and oncology, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on quality patient care. Leadership potential and research interest are a plus.
