Job summary

Black Women s Mental Health Institute in California is seeking a **full-time Hematology & Oncology Physician** for an outpatient-focused practice. You will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care with a balanced clinic volume and time-protected consults, while collaborating with a full team of providers.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Hematology/Oncology.
• Experience with hybrid schedules and care delivery.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Epic.

Job description

Role:

Full-time Hematology & Oncology Physician in a multidisciplinary, outpatient-focused practice.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care with manageable clinic volumes, time-protected consults, and participation in national clinical trials. Support a collaborative team including advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, dietitians, pharmacists, and operational staff. Engage in on-site infusion services, contribute to a COC-accredited program, and participate in multidisciplinary patient management. Incorporate telehealth into patient care based on needs and physician preference.

Qualifications & Skills:

Board-eligible or certified in Hematology/Oncology, with a focus on patient-centered care, teamwork, and adaptability to hybrid schedules. Experience with EMR systems like Epic is preferred.
