Locums - Hartford, Connecticut, Hematology/Oncology Opening

Clinical Role:

• Start: ASAP - Ongoing need
• Schedule: 3 clinic days (Monday-Friday), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with some weekends and infrequent night call
• Setting: Inpatient consults and outpatient clinic
• Reason for coverage: Leave of absence (LOA)
• Call schedule: Weekends: 2-3 per year; Nights: 1:10
• Patient demographic: Adults/Geriatric
• Workload: 80% Hematology, 20% Oncology; no internal medicine
• Team: 10 physicians and 8 APPs
• Patient volume: 10 patients per day in hospital, 15 in outpatient
• Facility: Level I Trauma Center
• EMR: Epic
• Qualifications: Board Certified and Active Connecticut License required
• Preference: Local candidate, no flights required
