Job description

• Date: ASAP - ongoing
• Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week, 8:30a-4:30p, full or 1/2 admin day if needed
• Minimum 2 weeks per month
• Call ratio 1:4, 7 days of call including 1 weekend
• Practice Setting: Outpatient - free standing cancer center
• Trauma level 3
• Patient Volume: 10-15
• Support Staff: 2 APPs, 3 physicians in practice
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: OR license, BC, BLS, DEA, clean background
• Credentialing: 6-8 weeks
