Job Description

• Full-time, permanent position
• 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology
• Only one remaining physician in practice
• Hem/Onc only practice, adults only
• No Radiation Oncology on-site; connection to Loyola University Medical Campus Radiology Oncology team, 5 miles away
• No Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in practice
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months

Practice Setting

Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center

• Average outpatient clinic patients per day: 75
• Average hospital call/rounding patients per day: 2
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
