Charleston Area Medical Center and the CAMC Institute of Academic Medicine are seeking two exceptional Hematologist-Oncologists to join our team at the CAMC Beckley Oncology location. The ideal candidates will be board-certified or eligible physicians with a strong background in hematology and oncology, capable of providing outstanding patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the advancement of our oncology program.
The CAMC Beckley Cancer Center is a state-of-the-art, free-standing facility offering comprehensive cancer care, including radiation and radiology services. The practice is supported by nine mid-level providers for both outpatient and inpatient services.
CAMC Beckley Oncology is a vital part of the renowned CAMC Cancer Center and Vandalia Health. Our Hematology-Oncology Fellowship Program at CAMC Cancer Center is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2024. The candidates will be part of the teaching faculty and will participate in the education of fellows remotely. They will hold an academic appointment with the CAMC Institute of Academic Medicine, which provides access to a robust research department and infrastructure. Candidates can participate in or lead clinical trials and investigator-initiated research using national databases. Participation in disease-specific tumor boards is encouraged.
As a Hematologist-Oncologist at CAMC Beckley Oncology, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to our patients and communities. You will be part of Vandalia Health, a 17-hospital health system, recognized as one of the premier workplaces in the state.
