Job description

Hematology/Oncology opening in Wisconsin

Located in Appleton, WI - near Green Bay (33 miles) and Milwaukee (107 miles). If you are looking to join a team-based, collaborative cancer care program as a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist with a shared vision, we'd like to hear from you!

1. Join our growing team of 9 Oncologists and 15 Advanced Practice Providers.
2. Regional Cancer Center located in Appleton with six additional outreach sites.
3. Reasonable clinical work week: four clinical days and one admin day.
4. Annual professional development, continuing education, and academic support.
5. Team-based clinical practice in partnership with dedicated Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, MAs, schedulers, and on-site infusion RNs.
6. Disease-specific focus areas, with new consults structured based on your professional interests.
7. Dedicated care coordination time to support your patient care and administrative needs.
8. Access to Precision Medicine and Clinical Trial Office resources.
9. Interdisciplinary Disease-Specific Centers of Excellence, with administrative support for Tumor Boards, accreditation, and outcomes tracking and reporting.
10. Advanced radiation therapy technology and therapeutic services, with access to multimodal imaging and specialty MD expertise.
11. Performance analytics to support academic and clinical decision-making.
12. Centralized Cancer Center leadership working directly with you, including high-performance Tumor Registry, referral and scheduling management, cancer navigation, genetics, social work/behavioral health services, lodging and transportation support under an annual ACS grant.
13. Dyad Cancer Center Administrative Team dedicated to supporting providers, staff, and patients.

Offer Details:

1. Base Salary: $550,000 plus $75,000 in value-based incentives.
2. Sign-on Bonus: $100,000, forgiven over 5 years.
3. PTO: 35 days annually.
4. CME: $4,500 annually.
