Orlando Health is seeking full-time BE/BC Medical Oncology/Hematology attending physicians for our Orlando Health Cancer Institute.
Applicants must be fellowship trained with Board Certification in medical oncology and hematology and be eligible for licensure/work in the state of Florida. Responsibilities include inpatient and consultation services, outpatient clinics, clinical research, and chemo supervision. Candidates will manage both malignant cancers and hematology diagnoses.
Ideal candidates are leaders in their field with a proven track record of education and experience in multidisciplinary care.
The Orlando Health Cancer Institute has an established clinical research program, a successful medical oncology/hematology fellowship program, and comprehensive departments of medical, surgical, and radiation oncology. We also feature a large integrative medicine department, including cancer support services and a medical genetics team. The Cancer Institute encompasses surgical, medical, and radiation oncology divisions, with specialized teams focused on cancer care, serving patients at our tertiary center downtown and four regional cancer institutes across central Florida. Last year, the Cancer Institute provided care to 11,000 new patients and conducted 90,000 follow-up visits.
