Qualifications

• Current certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (ACNP, ONCC, ACAGNP credentials only) ONCC and/or ACNP preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology required.
• No specific requirements beyond relevant clinical experience clarified by the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in teaching and mentoring of Residents, Medical Students, Fellows.
• Document in Epic EMR.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
• Support community health efforts.
• Manage in-basket responsibilities.
• Cover Provider in-boxes when out of office.
• Provide coverage for Infusion Center.
