Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Coordinator for the Hematology Oncology practice at the Helen F. Graham Center in Newark, DE.

The CNC will enhance patient care coordination across oncology, hematology, and multidisciplinary teams, delivering education and support to patients and families. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, 3+ years of clinical experience (oncology preferred), a multi-state RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Three years or more of combined clinical experience; oncology experience preferred.
• Multi-state RN license required; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across oncology, hematology, and supportive services to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and self‑care needs.
• Serve as a patient advocate and resource within a multidisciplinary team.
