Charleston Oncology in Charleston, SC, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support a growing hematology/oncology and cellular therapy program. You will work with hematologists/oncologists across inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on malignant hematology, BMT and CAR‑T, with a mix of benign hematology and solid tumor patients.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, shape protocols, and contribute to long‑term survivorship and program growth in a

Competenze

Active NP or PA license and national board certification.
2+ years of hematology/oncology APP experience; BMT and/or CAR‑T experience strongly preferred.
New graduate NPs and PAs with 7+ years of BMT nursing experience will also be considered.
Comfort with benign hematology and general solid tumor care; inpatient and outpatient team experience.

Mansioni

Manage malignant hematology patients across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Evaluate and manage benign hematology (e.g., anemia, cytopenias, thrombosis and anticoagulation, bleeding disorders).
Provide ongoing care for established panel of general solid tumor patients.
Support pre‑transplant workup, post‑transplant and post‑CAR‑T follow‑up, and long‑term survivorship.
Monitor transplant‑related complications, immunosuppression, infection prophylaxis, and transfusion needs.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and fellow APPs on treatment plans.
Manage EPIC inbox and communicate with patients and referring teams.
