Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current NYS Registered Nurse License.
- Current NYS Nurse Practitioner License.
- Current Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
- Basic Computer skills.
- Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize care to meet individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop therapeutic plans.
- Participate in the development of nursing standards and education materials.
- Facilitate continuity of care across services.
- Evaluate treatment efficacy and modify care as needed.
