The group is open to both full-time and part-time physicians with unusually flexible scheduling, strong earning potential, and visa sponsorship available (J1 & H1B).

This opportunity offers an unusual level of schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and easy access to the outdoor lifestyle of Durango and Southwest Colorado.

The group is open to both full-time and part-time physicians and can accommodate traditional or block scheduling based on your preferences.

Opportunity Highlights

• 90% Oncology / 10% Hematology
• Full-time and part-time options
• 4-day, 4.5-day, 7-on/7-off, or 14-on/14-off schedules
• Minimal call and no ER responsibilities
• Brand-new cancer center with onsite lab, pharmacy, and chemo prep
• Visa sponsorship available: J1 & H1B

Compensation

• $500K guaranteed base with $650K+ earning potential
• Additional $10K/month at 18+ patients/day
• $30K sign-on + $20K relocation
• Monthly fellowship stipend available
• 20 days PTO + holidays, CME, malpractice, and full benefits
