Board-certified in Hematology and Oncology, MD or DO, Iowa license or IMLC qualification, BLS and DEA are required.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient hematology/oncology clinic with infrequent inpatient consults.
• Consults, follow-up care, and oversight of antineoplastic therapy.
• Nursing, referral, triage, lab, social work, and dietitian resources available.
