Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an APRN (AGPNP/ANP or FNP).
• Hematology oncology APP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients with comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate and treat based on history, exam, radiology, labs, and guidelines.
• Initiate referrals or consult with attending/collaborating physicians.
• Document and bill for direct care provided.
• Support quality improvement, accreditation, and regulatory activities.
• Participate in education and onboarding of new team members.
