Job description

1. Role supporting multiple community sites and center leads
2. Located at large cancer center within system's main hospital
3. Up to 70% clinical, seeing patients 28 hours/week including inpatient consults and minimal call
4. Very flexible regarding clinical interests of the incoming director
5. Staff positions also available for those with interest in malignant hem, solid tumor (can be 100% Oncology), or GU
6. Not an academic position w/ dedicated research time, but mentorship for Hem/Onc Fellowship program
7. Position offers guaranteed salary model with additional leadership stipend
8. 200K+ Recruitment Loan upon start date

Qualifications:

1. Prefer 3+ years leadership experience within sizable program
2. Can support H1B visa
3. Unable to support J1 or O1 visa
