Job summary

Spencer Britt is seeking a board-certified Hematology/Medical Oncology physician to build a focused malignant hematology practice within an established regional cancer program in Coeur d’Alene. You will treat patients with lymphoma, leukemia, myeloma and related disorders, collaborate with pathology, radiology and infusion teams, and participate in clinical trials to advance regional care.

Position Highlights:

• Develop a focused malignant hematology practice within an established regional cancer program
• Treat patients with lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes, myeloproliferative neoplasms and other hematologic malignancies
• Opportunity to maintain a component of general hematology/oncology based on clinical interests and practice needs
• Build a growing referral base and serve as a trusted resource for complex hematologic cases
• Collaborate with pathology, radiology, pharmacy, infusion, radiation oncology and supportive care teams
• Coordinate with transplant, cellular therapy and tertiary referral programs when specialized services are needed
• Help strengthen clinical pathways for diagnosis, treatment selection, monitoring and supportive care
• Opportunity to participate in clinical trials and research aligned with professional interests
• Have a meaningful voice in the continued development of malignant hematology services for a growing regional population

Qualifications:
