Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• MT/MLS certification required.
• 3+ years of clinical hematology experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QC and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform hematology tests: CBCs, differentials, coagulation, smear reviews.
• Operate and maintain hematology analyzers per procedures.
• Ensure accuracy with QC, proficiency testing, regulatory standards.
• Review results and escalate abnormal findings as needed.
• Maintain CAP/CLIA/OSHA compliance and participate in QA.
• Train staff and support laboratory operations as required.
