Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager Hematology Marketing Europe to own launch and brand strategy across Austria, Switzerland and the Nordics. You will drive key asset launches, guide messaging, and collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to implement market strategies and stakeholder plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or related field; 8-10+ years in biotech/pharma brand marketing.
• Significant oncology/hematology expertise with launches of specialty medicines.
• Experience delivering brand strategies across multiple markets, managing budgets, agencies and external partners.
• Experience in Multiple Myeloma, Follicular Lymphoma or Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma; exposure to multiple European markets; language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of hematology brand plans across Austria, Switzerland and the Nordics.
• Drive the launch of two hematology assets across six geographies.
• Analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and risks, and develop differentiated messaging.
• Partner with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to develop market strategies, promotional activities and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Adapt global campaigns for local field and digital use; promote consistency and best-practice sharing across markets.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Sales and external partners to implement field plans and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage promotional budgets, recommend investment priorities and monitor spending.
• Build strong partnerships, gather customer insights and maintain high standards of compliance and ethics.
