Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting results per SOPs, preparing buffers and reagents, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some CAP/CLIA locations may require a Bachelor's in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology.
• Basic knowledge of lab principles and testing methodologies.
• GLP knowledge and applicable regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of lab equipment and terminology.
• Basic computer skills for data review and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analysis of biological specimens and document results per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate analytical results using lab systems and verify accuracy.
• Identify and escalate unusual results to senior personnel.
• Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions for testing.
• Store samples and reagents following protocols.
• Assist with housekeeping per 6S and safety requirements.
• Monitor inventory and notify staff of shortages.
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
