Yale NewHaven Health is seeking an entry-level Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform a variety of clinical tests with accuracy and timeliness. You will operate laboratory instruments, ensure quality control, and assist with specimen processing and inventory management.

The role requires a BS in MLS or biology, ASCP eligibility, and strong communication to support patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science or biological science, ASCP eligible.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
