Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of clinical testing procedures and applicable laboratory testing regulations.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles, root cause analysis, and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and guide the team to meet workload, quality, and turnaround expectations.
• Set priorities, assign work, and monitor operational delivery across assigned laboratory work groups.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management under the mentorship of management.
• Oversee inventory, resource planning, and budget-aligned use of reagents and laboratory supplies.
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance practices, including timely resolution of CAPA and quality incidents.
• Partner with stakeholders to lead process improvement initiatives, evaluate vendor platforms, and strengthen laboratory performance metrics.
