Job summary

Menarini Stemline in New York seeks a Director Clinical Scientist to design and deliver clinical studies in hematologic malignancies, providing scientific leadership across early to late-stage assets and ensuring data integrity throughout development.

You will lead protocol development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, review safety data, present findings at external meetings, and mentor study teams. Occasional domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Science degree or equivalent with 10 years of industry experience, 5+ years as clinical scientist.
• Advanced degree preferred; knowledge of haematology oncology essential.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry and clinical development process.

Responsibilities

• Design and execution of assigned clinical study activities with the clinical team.
• Develop studies per Stemline Menarini policies and procedures.
• Lead external/internal governance meetings and present data to stakeholders.
• Perform clinical/medical data review and safety monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop protocols and ICF documents.
• Contribute to CSR writing and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor clinical data trends and ensure timely updates to management.
• Prepare data for abstracts, posters, and publications.
