Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license in the state(s) where practicing
• BLS certification. Additional education, training, certifications, or experience as required by specialty.
• Telehealth/virtual modality practice requires license in client location state(s).
• Experience: typically 1 year of clinical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintain a culture of safety and accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Float to other units or facilities within the service area as needed.
