Ascension Sacred Heart Bay in Panama City, FL, is seeking a physician to join an employed team within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system.

The position offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, a 1:2 call schedule, CME allowances, sign-on bonus eligibility, malpractice tail coverage, and a supportive, mission-driven culture with board-certified or board-eligible physicians.

Qualifications

• MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine is required, with board eligibility/certification in medical specialty.
• Licensed Physician with Florida license or eligible for licensure is required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient medical care as part of an employed team.
• Collaborate with support staff and referral base within Ascension Sacred Heart Bay.
