Hematologist/Oncologist Wanted - White Mountains of Northeast Arizona!!

We are seeking a Board Certified Hematologist/Oncologist to relocate to the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona where he/she can join a very busy established practice. We offer competitive salary (based on MGMA guidelines) in an income guarantee contract plus relocation reimbursement or employment opportunities! Our four mild seasons make us the perfect playground for outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, skiing, horseback riding, biking, golfing, hunting and countless of other outdoor sports and adventures. Community, Facility and Organization
Town is located in the beautiful White Mountains of Northeast Arizona, elevation 6,400 feet. Work and play in our four mild seasons where the quality of life is as high as our tall pines. We are a friendly rural community with quality schools, affordable housing, and a full range of activities for people of all ages. Some of our most popular outdoor activities include golfing, hiking, skiing, horseback riding, biking, fishing, and hunting.

Hospital is a private, not-for-profit organization. As a regional medical center with 91 licensed beds, Center responds to the healthcare needs of more than 90,000 permanent and seasonal residents living in a 3,000 square mile area. Our goal is to provide patients with state-of-the-art healthcare close to home. Every year we take critical steps that ensure this goal by investing millions of dollars in equipment and technology and by attracting an outstanding physician staff representing a wide variety of physician specialties. We have a new $30 million, 110,000 squre foot, 5-story patient tower. Our Medical Staff consists of 119 members (active and consulting).

We offer physicians two types of contracts: Income Guarantee and Employment. Both contracts come with relocation reimbursement. Our Employment contracts come with a variety of benefits, including health, life, medical, and dental insurance; short-term disability; long-term disability; 403b retirement; Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness (EI); and medical allowances.
