Job summary

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in York, PA is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to diagnose and treat malignant hematologic disorders with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Join a multidisciplinary team participating in clinical trials and advancing hematology/oncology care on site.

The ideal candidate will possess an MD/DO, board eligibility/certification in hematology/oncology, PA license or eligibility, and a strong clinical/research background with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and/or Oncology.
• Valid medical license to practice in PA or eligible for licensing.
• Strong clinical and research background in malignant hematology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with malignant hematologic disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical research and trials.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
