Both locations offer physicians the flexibility of a 4-day work week, allowing them to provide comprehensive care and enjoy a balanced work-life environment. These physicians will join six other hematologist/oncologists who split their time between the main campus in Peoria and the practice sites along the I-80 corridor. ILCC is part of The US Oncology Network, the largest network of community-based cancer centers in the U.S.

  • Strong hospital affiliations and leadership roles in local hospital administrations.
  • Offers comprehensive services including hematology care, on-site chemotherapy infusion, clinical trials, diagnostic imaging, specialty labs, pharmacy, social work, dietitian services, and financial counseling across multiple sites.
  • Specialty clinics include Palliative Care, Survivorship, and Oncology Smart Care.
  • Extensive clinical research history, including a longstanding NCI CCOP grant and participation in cooperative group and industry research protocols.

We offer a competitive salary, benefits, a desirable call schedule, and an early partnership track. Our high provider satisfaction and low turnover rate reflect our commitment to a supportive work environment.
